Shiki Sushi LTD is looking for full-time Sushi Chef.

Salary: $34.64/Hourly

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (30 - 40 hours/week)

Job Duties:

· Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory

· Create new recipes

· Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff

· Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods

· Requisition food and kitchen supplies

· Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

Cuisine Specialties: Japanese cuisine

Job Requirements:

- Secondary school

- 2 to 3 years of experience

- Ability to communicate in English
