We are now hiring a Sous Chef at our VICTORIA HARBOUR location in Victoria, BC. Our quickly growing company has plenty of opportunity for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality including opportunities to transfer to CRAFT locations in other Canadian cities.

-Being a direct report for the back of house team members, assisting in ongoing projects, and championing development 

-Exhibiting heart and soul, thriving in a busy environment, and being social and outgoing 

What You've Done: 

-2-3 years kitchen/restaurant experience 

-1-2 years of experience as a sous chef, or comparable
